Dealer agrees to accurately disclose correct description, mileage and all conditions of any vehicle brought into the auction for sale. That dealer is the true owner of vehicle and he holds all rights to sell the vehicle. Dealer guarantees that the title to any vehicle sold is good and free of liens and encumbrances. He also agrees to hold AUCTIONMAX Auto Auction harmless in the event any problems may arise out of any problems with liens, incorrect odometers, etc. |

Dealer hereby appoints auction to act as an agent for dealer in the executing of documents concerning sales, transportation and transfer of titles for any vehicle sold. |

Dealer shall hold AUCTIONMAX harmless in the event of any damage or vandalism to any vehicles left on auction property. Dealer agrees to have insurance in case of loss or damage. |

Dealer represents that he is a legally licensed dealer authorized to do business at AUCTIONMAX Auto Auction. Dealer guarantees that all information provided to auction in Dealer Information Application is true
and correct.
Dealer also agrees to be responsible for all actions and purchases made by authorized buyers that he has approved and requested AUCTIONMAX to allow to conduct business at the auction on his behalf. It will be necessary for licensed dealers to provide auction with a copy of current license. |

Titles to sold vehicles must be presented to auction within a 30 day period. Dealer will be charged a fee of $100.00 handling fee for any vehicle returned to auction due to late or no title. |

Dealer grants a possessor lien for any vehicle for which fees may be due as security of payment of such fee. |
|
Dealer must announce all problems with odometers, salvage or salvage history titles, vehicles with bent frames. These vehicles will automatically be sold “As-Is” with no exceptions. |

All absolute vehicles must be sold absolute. Please do not bid on your own vehicles or have other persons who have no intention of purchasing your vehicle bid on the unit for you. This is not an auction rule, rather it is against the law to run bids on vehicles in an auction sale. |
